Mega-Cities Tokyo, Delhi, Shanghai. Cities with 20+ million people. They offer opportunity but suffer from "Overcrowding," "Pollution," and "Cost of living." Finding an affordable apartment is a war.

Gentrification Rich people move into poor neighborhoods. Coffee shops appear. Rents rise. The original locals are pushed out. This is gentrification. It improves the area but destroys the community.

Smart Cities Sensors, AI traffic control, automated trash collection. Technology is trying to make cities livable again. But it raises privacy concerns.
