The Moral Compass

It is easy to be ethical when it is profitable. But what if doing the right thing costs you money? That is the test.

Integrity Doing the right thing when no one is watching. Leaders without integrity eventually fail (Enron, Theranos).

Corruption Bribery. Nepotism (hiring family). Cronyism (hiring friends). These destroy trust in the system. Standing against them requires courage.

Legacy How will you be remembered? Not for your profit margin, but for how you treated people. "Leadership is stewardship." You are just looking after the chair for the next person.
