It's Okay Not To Be Okay 🧠

Mental health is finally being treated with the same seriousness as physical health. The 'Stigma' (shame) surrounding therapy and medication is fading, especially among Gen Z.

However, we are in a crisis. Rates of 'Anxiety' and 'Depression' are soaring, linked to social media, eco-anxiety, and loneliness. The concept of 'Burnout' (work exhaustion) is now recognized by the WHO.

companies are responding with 'Wellness' programs, offering meditation apps and 'Mental Health Days'. Critics say this is a band-aid; the real cure is better work-life balance and community connection.
