Farm to Table (Literally) 🏙️

Disconnected from our food source, city dwellers are turning to 'Urban Farming'. From community gardens in empty lots to high-tech 'Hydroponics' (growing in water, not soil) on skyscrapers.

Benefits: Reduces 'Food Miles' (transport distance), cools the building, and strengthens community. It reduces 'Food Deserts'—areas in cities where fresh food is hard to find.

It won't feed the whole city (not enough calories like wheat), but it provides fresh greens and education.
