Before 2020, we perfected 'Just-In-Time' (JIT) manufacturing. Factories kept zero stock to save money, relying on parts arriving exactly when needed.

Then COVID hit. Ships got stuck. Ports clogged. A single missing $1 chip stopped $50,000 cars from being built. JIT became 'Just-In-Case'—companies are now hoarding stock and 'Reshoring' (bringing factories home) to prevent future disruption. Efficiency was traded for Resilience.
