The 'Global South' (broadly Africa, Latin America, Asia) is rising. They argue the current system (IMF, World Bank, UN) is rigged by the 'Global North' (USA, Europe).

The BRICS alliance (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) aims to create a counterweight. They want to trade in their own currencies, bypassing the US Dollar. This is 'De-dollarization'.

Non-aligned nations don't want to pick a side in the US-China conflict. They practice 'Strategic Autonomy', dealing with whoever offers the best deal. The era of US 'Hegemony' (dominance) is potentially fading into a Multipolar reality.
