Second Conditional describes Imaginary or Unreal situations in the Present/Future.
Structure: If + Past Simple, Would + Verb.
- If I had a million dollars, I would buy an island. (But I don't have it).
- If I were you, I would leave him. (I am not you).
NOTE: Use Were for all subjects in formal grammar logic (If I were, If he were).
