  1. Separable: You can put the object in the middle.
    • "Turn off the light." OR "Turn the light off."
    • BUT: If pronoun, MUST be middle -> "Turn it off."
  2. Inseparable: Fixed.
    • "I look after my sister." (NOT: Look my sister after).
  3. No Logic: You just have to learn them.
    • Give up (Quit), Put up with (Tolerate), Run out of (Have no more).
