Non-Defining Clauses give EXTRA information. We know who/what we are talking about already (e.g., Proper Nouns). THEY NEED COMMAS.
- "My mother, who is 60, lives in Spain."
- (We know it's your mother. Age is extra).
- "London, which is big, is expensive."
Rules:
- Use commas.
- CANNOT use 'That'.
- CANNOT omit the pronoun.
